לְדָוִ֨ד ׀ אוֹדְךָ֥ בְכָל־לִבִּ֑י נֶ֖גֶד אֱלֹהִ֣ים אֲזַמְּרֶֽךָּ׃

Rashi on Psalms

before the princes I shall sing Your praises before the eyes of the princes (kings).
