עַל־כֵּן֙ מֵעַ֣י לְמוֹאָ֔ב כַּכִּנּ֖וֹר יֶֽהֱמ֑וּ וְקִרְבִּ֖י לְקִ֥יר חָֽרֶשׂ׃

Wherefore my heart, etc. These are not the words of the prophet, but of the Moabites, whom the prophet represents as speaking.
