חַזְּק֖וּ יָדַ֣יִם רָפ֑וֹת וּבִרְכַּ֥יִם כֹּשְׁל֖וֹת אַמֵּֽצוּ׃

Targum Jonathan on Isaiah

The prophet said: Strengthen ye the weak hands, and confirm ye the feeble knees.
