Psalms of Thanksgiving (Tehillim): A Week of Gratitude
Seven Psalms of thanks, one for each day of the week. In Tehillim, gratitude is a practice, not a mood: thanks in the morning, thanks after healing, thanks on ordinary days when nothing special happened. This week you will enter His gates with the Todah psalm, greet Shabbat with a song of thanks, count kindnesses one by one, repeat the refrain of the Great Hallel that His kindness lasts forever, and watch mourning turn into dancing. Each day, close by naming one real thing from your own day to thank God for. By the seventh day, giving thanks has quietly changed how the days feel.
