וְהוֹצֵאתִ֤י מִֽיַּעֲקֹב֙ זֶ֔רַע וּמִיהוּדָ֖ה יוֹרֵ֣שׁ הָרָ֑י וִירֵשׁ֣וּהָ בְחִירַ֔י וַעֲבָדַ֖י יִשְׁכְּנוּ־שָֽׁמָּה׃
Ibn Ezra on Isaiah
And I will bring forth out of Jacob, of those that had gone into exile, of the righteous among them: who deserve to be called mine elect.
