וְלֹ֣א צָמְא֗וּ בָּחֳרָבוֹת֙ הֽוֹלִיכָ֔ם מַ֥יִם מִצּ֖וּר הִזִּ֣יל לָ֑מוֹ וַיִּ֨בְקַע־צ֔וּר וַיָּזֻ֖בוּ מָֽיִם׃
Targum Jonathan on Isaiah
He will not suffer them to thirst in the desert; He will guide them; He will cause water to flow for them from the rock: yea, He will cleave the rock, and the waters shall gush out.
